EuroCCP is a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 and resident in the UK. (Company 06169558 registered at Companies House)
EuroCCP is a Recognised Clearing House, regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority (Ref 481756).
Corporate Governance
The Board of Directors of EuroCCP is responsible for providing direction to and overseeing the conduct of the affairs of EuroCCP in the interests of EuroCCP, its shareholder and other stakeholders including participants in the financial markets which the company serves and the governmental and supervisory authorities responsible for regulating those markets.
The EuroCCP Board has 15 Directors, comprising Executive Management (2), Independents (3) and Participant Firms (10).
The Board shall establish any standing committees that it deems necessary or appropriate to discharge its responsibilities. The Board currently has five committees:

- Audit Committee
- Remuneration Committee
- Nomination Committee
