EuroCCP is a Recognised Clearing House under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

European Code of Conduct for Clearing and Settlement

EuroCCP has signed the European Code of Conduct for Clearing and Settlement, along with the Code's accompanying Access and Interoperability Guideline, and has committed to comply with their provisions.
