What is the Applicant Questionnaire and what is the information used for?
It ensures that EuroCCP receives the necessary information to perform anti-money laundering & risk- related checks ensuring that all participants meet the standards of financial conditions and operational capability as stated in the Rules of EuroCCP.
Who reviews the eligibility of an applicant?
The Participation and Compliance Committee, a sub-committee of the EuroCCP Board, reviews the eligibility of the applicant.
