London, 05 October 2011 - EuroCCP, the pan-European cash equities clearing house, was a double winner at the recent Financial News Awards for Excellence in Trading and Technology 2011.
The awards recognized the achievements of firms and individuals working across the spectrum of trading and technology in European financial markets, from stock exchanges and MTFs, to software vendors and in-house IT teams.
The shortlist of nominees was drawn up by the Financial News’ editorial team with the final winners being selected by a panel of over 45 senior industry practitioners from across the industry.
EuroCCP was chosen as the winner in the ‘Best Clearing House’ category. EuroCCP’s CEO, Diana Chan, was named ‘Most Influential Woman in Trading and Technology’.
